Join in on the exciting hobby of radio controlled yachting... for year-round sailing. SUNDAY SAILS RC YACHT CLUB is a local group in Louisville, Kentucky that enjoys the wonderful hobby of RC sailboats. Sailing takes place throughout the year, but more so during "big boat off-season", on an occasional Sunday afternoon at Memorial Pond on River Road, across from Cox Park. Special events will be posted on this website when scheduled.
	There are no fees or dues, and no restrictions on boat type or size. We do ask that you contact us for channel frequency availability. However anyone is welcome to come out. Bring a chair and the kids, relax and enjoy your Sunday afternoon. We usually meet at 12:00 p.m. and are there most of the day. See Racing Notes for more information.
We race according to the general rules of sailing. Classes are developed as needed and throughout the year there will be some Regattas planned. We hope you come out and join us!

Racing Notes Start Times: Regattas Skippers Meeting at 11:30am Practice 10:00am to 11:30am Sign in before 11:00am Club Races 2:00pm to 4:00pm (we start promptly at 2:00pm and no race will start after 4:00pm) There will be 1 (one) race day throw out per series. Assigned frequencies are by seniority. Sail numbers will be required on all Northwinds (Sail # = Channel or Freq)
