THE LOUISVILLE SAILING CLUB is located on a 3/4 mile wide stretch of the Ohio River approximately 12 miles up-river from downtown Louisville, Kentucky. There will usually be members there to greet you in the afternoon on weekends from June through October. To visit at other times, it would be best to call to make other meeting arrangements.

What you are looking at is the Ohio River bordering the states of Indiana (top) and Kentucky (bottom).You will find us easily accessible from all directions. Be looking for I-71 signs and then signs for the Snyder Freeway (I-265) which is Louisville's outer-beltway.Go North on I-265 until it dead-ends at US 42 and turn right. Directly past Prospect Point you will be turning left on Upper River Road. Bass Lane is about 1/4 mile down and you will be turning right. Look for Hays Kennedy Park signs. When Bass Lane dead ends at the Ohio River, turn another right and follow Beechland Beach Road to the end (You may see some beech's, but don't be looking for a beach.) We'll be watching for you.
